the madrigal, volume iii
by hibah shabkhez
All come, entranced by my love's heady charm,
Drawn resistless by sweet scent and bouffant
Form, by lopsided smile on melting shell;
Luscious and undulating, soft and warm,
Is my beloved human or croissant?
Can you tell, can you tell? O, can. you. tell?
